destrutive dog

i have a 2 yr.10 mo. old blk.lab. that is kept outside in a kennel.when i put a hanging felt ,wind and snow stopper on the opening of her dog house , she has in the past torn it off.i don't know what to do to get her to leave it on her coupe?thanks mike
