My fun, smart, playful Rowan is nine years old today. Rowan is my nearly constant companion, always looking out for me and keeping tabs on me. He actually is always keeping tabs on everyone in the household, including the other pets, checking on any dog or cat that coughs or whimpers for any reason, and letting me know if they need help. He even lets us know when Petra needs to go out, since she has never learned to tell us.
Happy Birthday, my beloved Rowan! You bring me joy every day. :)
