Some vibes for lily?

Took my adored old girl to the vet today for some blood work and the vet called only an hour later to tell me her liver enzymes are VERY high.
 
We need to go in first thing Monday for a full examination and of course to rerun the blood work. 
 
WHY DID I GOOGLE HIGH LIVER COUNTS IN DOGS???????
 
Please send vibes it is no big deal because I have managed to convince myself she is dying.
