dog not himself

I have been staying in a hotel for 26 days having my house redone,I have been taking my dogs back and forth,I don't know if he is confused or stressed, we are home now, maybe that will make a difference, I took him to vet and he gave him Pro-Pectalin 3x aday,do you think that could be the problem, he eats and drinks good, he just doesn't act himself at all, no tail wiggling.
