Just got a new foster dog that was an owner surrender. According to the previous owners this dog is housebroken to pee pads. The problem I am having is that his aim is poor! He's peeing on the floor - right next to the pee pad. I've only had him for a couple days, but want to get this problem under control so whoever adopts him won't have to deal with it. I might also mention that I don't think this dog was outside very much. He walks fine in the house...outside he's kinda funny to watch. I think he's just not used to the feel of grass on his feet. He has pottied outside a couple times, but mostly in the house (by the peepads). I take the dogs out first thing in the morning, right after I get home and again before going to bed.
Anything I can do to improve his aim?
