Help with jumping on furniture

Skye is now 12 weeks old and wants to be up on the furniture with us 2-legged creatures. We've decided from the beginning that we would like to keep her off the furniture and beds. Kids are on board and never left alone with her anyway.

I have taught her the command off and she is pretty reliable with it lately. So she will jump up, I tell her off, she jumps off then I treat for the off. That's all fine and dandy but how do I teach her to stay off the furniture in the first place?
