Help with kitten

Against my wishes, we are going to keep the kitten. This kitten is driving me insane but we got the cat for my hubby. The kitten is about 3 months old. How long does this 'phase' last? This cat is getting into *everything* and is biting me and the baby. This is obviously not cool with me, but i dont really have a say in the matter. I use the spray bottle but it makes no difference.
