How to keep my house from being wild kingdom?

It's great fun to watch the dogs play together and they are getting along wonderfully lately. The problem is that they can't be loose together in the house without playing crazy. Everytime they are together they are wrestling, bitey face, and chasing each other around. They are knocking things over and getting way too excited. This type of play is much more suited to outside play (where they never play this way together). I've tried keeping them on leash and they still are trying to get to each other and bitey face and causing chaos.

Right now I'm managing it by keeping them separate or keeping Rio on the puppy pen. I would like to one day have them able to be out and about together though without the chaos.

Any suggestions?
