Little Freyja, drunk with power?

Hi everyone! It's been a little while, I hope everyone is doing well. My BF, Frey, and I just moved to a new house recently. We now have an actual yard, and lots of space for Freyja and Nothing the kitty to spread out in. So far, it's been great. But I think the move has affected Freyja in a weird way. She's been not allowing me to handle her, she actually tried to bite me last night when I was trying to take a big chunk of tennis ball fuzz out of her mouth. She's been barking out of every window in the house. She looks for things to bark at in the backyard, and won't come in when I tell her too. I feel like she's getting out of control. I am going to start inforcing more crate time, and keeping her on leash with me in the house. If anyone has any other suggestions, I would greatly appriciate it. Thanks in advance!
