'Fess up - tell me your best "crime against fashion" stories

I was thinking today about the many highly regrettable fashion choices I have made in my life.  Most of them are from the 80's and 90's.  There were periods of my life where I could easily have been a "What Not to Wear" episode.
 
One of my favorites was the time I went to a formal in college and wore a truly hideous navy blue dress that had a white collar and white trim.  I wore this with white pumps.  Arrghh!!  I have photos, but I would have to scan them in.  At the time, I thought I looked elegant, when in reality I looked about 40 years older than my college age.  LOL
 
Then there were my favorite jeans in 6th grade, which had an embroidered bunny on one of the back pockets, with an actual cotton ball tail and the words "sit on it" embroidered over the bunny.  Oh yeah, I was HOT.
