poison?

Here's a question I'll bet has never been asked before!  I was picking raspberries yesterday evening, and was walking through poison.  I threw all the clothes I was wearing into the washer this morning, but what about my shoes?  I was going to put on my old sneakers, no socks, like I usually do around the house.  But is it safe?  Should I wash the shoes, too? I get poison, but I usually don't get it bad-maybe just a tiny little rash here and there, but I don't want to press my luck!
