Since I started volunteering at the shelter, the boys all wear ID tags at all times, even though the cats are microchipped indoor pets. That's the semi part.
On to the the frivolous part --

I got Orion some collars from Furry Baby Fashions (an online collar business that has been recommended by people here). Including shipping to Canada, they were still less expensive than the cat collars at Canadian Tire. Don't know if that's her standard cat collar shipping rate, so ask if you're interested. The collars are well made and lightweight.
