I bought a couple pounds of short ribs yesterday. Today I discovered I managed to leave them on the counter all night. (Grrr!)
It occurred to me that dogs can do fine eating some pretty nasty stuff -- can I cook these ribs and give them to Holiday (cut up into occasional treats, obviously) or is that too risky.
I hate to just waste the food by tossing it, but obviously will if she's at any risk from whatever bacteria may have spawned in there.
