A sweet Penny moment

For a former-feral cat, lil miss Penny actually managed to adjust to having dogs around fairly well. As long as they don't show any inclination to chase her, at least -- when my aunts Pom was coming to stay with us occasionally, she would be nowhere NEAR him, because he would try chasing her (I would stop him ASAP, but she knew...). I can only imagine she didn't have a whole lot of problems with dogs in the trailer park where she lived, because she definitely took to dogs where she hasn't with people.
Anyway... This morning, she was sleeping on the couch. Once I'm getting dressed and getting things together before I leave, the dogs usually go and lay in various spots around the living room before I put them in to their kennels and whatnot. I go to pack up my computer and look over - Tai and Russ were both on the couch next to Penny, and Dezi was laying on the floor right underneath where she was on the couch. She was still just dozing peacefully. :)
Even though I know she's okay with my dogs, I still really enjoy seeing those little moments that I just find so adorable from her.
