I have my theories about what this dog might be like, but would have to ask a lot of questions.
The photos are not flattering. I suspect she's quite pretty, but these photos don't show her off.
I suspect quite soft, but also a banana. But can't say for sure. She seems disconnected - and I'm
guessing would come in for a landing with a connection.

Yancy is more than just stunning good looks. With her herding dog background, she is submissive, sensitive, and smart! Yancy will sit quietly while being stroked and fussed over. Yet she can also turn on the cute and get playful! She invited her older kennelmates to a romp (they declined) with an adorable play bow. She was interested in the toy but did not know what to do with it. An ideal home for Yancy will put her smarts to use with a lot of positive and happy training and activity. Herding dogs are very bonded to people and not meant to be left to their own devices, but they make excellent companions and workers. Her coat will require regular grooming and she will likely shed out (aka 'blow coat') in both spring and fall....
